To create a collage:
1. |
While in the Projects activity, select the Photo Layouts flyout, and then select either Collage from Current Photo or Collage from Other Photo. Selecting Collage from Current Photo will start the collage based on the open photo. Selecting Collage from Other Photo will prompt the Open file dialog, to load a photo of your choice to base the collage upon. |
2. |
Drag the photos from the Library into the collage. Or, select Add Photo from the File menu to load a photo. The photos will appear in the collage. The photos in the collage are listed as thumbnails in the Object manager. By arranging the thumbnails in the Layer manager, the photos in the collage can be 'stacked' in any order. The photos can be re-ordered by dragging and dropping a thumbnail to a new location in the list. The list order, from top to bottom, represents the order of the photos in the collage. Photos in the collage can be moved, resized and rotated by adjusting the size handles located on the bounding box surrounding the selected photo. Click the photo to select it. To move a photo, click over the photo and drag while holding the left mouse button. To widen or legthen a photo, click on one of the middle side handles and drag to resize. To enlarge or reduce the photo proportionately, click and move a corner handle and drag to resize. To rotate the photo, click and drag the center handle inside the bounding box. The vertical line indicates the orientation of the photo. |
